¢º Steams have their own temperature, given certain pressures
¢º For example, if the steam pressure is 3Kg/cm©÷, the steam's temperature is 143 ¡É, and 158 ¡É if the pressure is 5 Kg/cm©÷
¢º We may sometimes need a higher temperature when using the steam of boilers for a certain purpose
¢º There would be ways to further increase the boiler's steam pressure in such situation, but the boiler and the steam facility's structure should be much stronger, and consequently, the cost will increase.
¢º When spraying the steam into the air for usage, the steam's temperature will drop below 100¡É, regardless of the initially high temperature. Also, when the steam moves from the boiler to the place of usage through the pipe, water would inevitably coagulate in the pipe, despite the high pressure. Super Heater is what creates overheated steam of over 100% of dryness
¢º By letting the steam generated at the boiler go through the Super Heater, the user can even create steams of over 300¡É
¢º Normally, the pressure should be 90 Kg/cm©÷ to make steam of 300¡É, but the Super Heater can make steam of 450 ¡É with low pressure of 5 Kg/cm©÷
¢º The Super Heater can heat any as other than steams. Compressed Air, Gas, ETC...
